New York City

The most beautiful place I had ever been to is New York. Since I came to the United States I had been to there twice. I think it’s a really amazing place. We drive 12 hours from Chicago to New York City. When first arrived New York I was astonished. The building there is so beautiful and really amazing. The most excited moment came at the second night in Time Square. I think it is the most beautiful place I have ever been to. I was surrounded by the huge screens and feel so excited.
The next day we went to the Fifth AVE. there was so many luxury brands and famous building. The next destination is Wall Street. Since the financial crisis in America Wall Street became more and more slump. We went to the state of liberty next . There were so many people. And the Empire Building is the last place I have visited. Standing on the 86-floor building you can see the whole New York city and Manhattan Island.
Every time to New York there will be a new feeling to it. Fall in love with New York is not because its luxuriance but gave me a kind of feeling of home with no reason.

Keep Looking, Don't Settle.

The one who affects me the most about my career choice is Steven Jobs. He is the one I admire the most.

He is the father of Ipod Company. When he was born ,his biology mother send him to others, because they need a girl not a boy. His adoptive parents were not rich at all. Late 17 when he was in college, all of his working-class parents' savings were being spent on his college tuition. After six months, he couldn't see the value in it. He had no idea what he wanted to do with his life and no idea how college was going to help him figure it out. So he decided to drop out. At that time he lives on his friend’s floor, and he could eat only one good meal a week, for that he must walk 10 miles to the church that offers them food.

After ten years hard working, the IPod company was founded by him. When everything went in gear, he was kicked out by the board of direction members of the Ipod company which was started by himself. He was so confused and wondering if he should go on. Finally he found himself in love with his job, he didn't want to give up. He pulled himself together then. The PIXAR was founded year after that. PIXAR brought him great success again. Finally he comes back to IPod.

“The only way to do great work is to love what you do. If you haven't found it yet, keep looking. Don't settle.” This was said by Steven in Stanford university during his speech. These words were very impressive to me. His experience gives me a lot of inspiration. The only way you can succeed in your work is to love it. Never give up the job you loved for some reason!
